About Us
Subli is a sustainable, organic living hub that nurtures the connection among people, food, and the land. We have a deep commitment to natural farming practices with an educational platform to raise awareness about food ecology through our courses. We also sell a variety of wholesome organic products in small batches to promote local crops while caring for the environment.
Our Story
Subli Farms is a living dream sown by a passionate mother-daughter team - rooted in health, harmony, and the healing power of the land.
Tita Ludy stewards the land, and shares her wisdom about planting, saving seeds and giving back.
Asha brings the harvest to the table, and blends culinary art with nutritional insight to inspire a deeper connection with local and organic food.
Through hands-on learning and heartfelt teaching, they offer an experience of life at the farm where wellness grows from the soil up, and where returning to nature is within reach.
Together with a devoted team, they offer Subli’s gifts - nourished by love, guided by purpose, and grown in tune with the Earth.

Asha Peri is a chef, educator, and lifelong student of healing through food. For over 14 years, she’s guided others toward vibrant health through plant nutrition, blending modern science with ancient wisdom. She is a seeker whose journey is rooted in a simple yet powerful belief: that food can heal, restore, and reconnect us to nature.

Her studies extend to Ayurveda with a focus on nutrition, which she continues to deepen. Her work celebrates ecological food systems, traditional food cultures, zero waste solutions, and the living connection between biology, soil, and well-being. She believes that every meal is an opportunity to nurture not just the body, but the earth and future generations.
Beyond the plate, Asha is devoted to early childhood education, classical Hatha Yoga as taught by Isha Foundation, and a mindful way of living inspired by Sadhguru’s teachings.
“I believe food is one of the most sacred ways we love—ourselves, each other, and the planet. When we return to the roots, we begin to heal.”

At 75, Tita Ludy is a grandmother of four and the heart of the farm. She left behind her days in real estate to dive—hands first—into organic farming at the age of 69, after a life-changing visit to Navdanya, India and training in permaculture with the Philippine Permaculture Association.
Since then, she’s been up to her elbows in soil, seeds, and stories—growing not just food, but wisdom. She shares her know-how with neighbors, guiding them in starting their own organic gardens. Strong, spirited, and free of medication, she moves with purpose—climbing the hill, carrying harvest baskets, and always learning from the earth. Between hauling compost and planting tomatoes, she still finds time for yoga and meditation.
With a heart for the Earth and a spirit that inspires, Tita Ludy farms with intention and gratitude. Her presence draws people in, not just for her wisdom, but for the quiet joy she brings to everything she touches.
“At my age, I believe that the best medicine is morning sun, good soil, and something to care for. There’s still so much to learn – especially from the Earth.”
- Tita Ludy
Our Core Values
Sustainability
We grow what we eat—and eat what we grow. We practice low impact living where food, energy, and water are sourced as naturally as possible. We harvest solar energy, catch rain, conserve water, reduce waste, save seeds and build with natural materials. We are guided by the principle of “less energy, more life” where energy comes straight from the source.
Wellness
Well-being begins with the rich quality of our soil, the freshness of our air, and the purity of our chemical-free produce and consciously-sourced ingredients. The rhythm of our farm life follows the movement of the sun, and we spread the benefits of yoga and meditation to increase mindfulness. We cook using seasonal produce to support digestion, balance and vitality—both for people and the planet.
Community
We grow more than crops. We cultivate relationships - within our team, with our students and guests, and across our wider network. Through workshops, shared meals and meaningful collaborations, we nurture harmony, creativity, and diverse perspectives.
Respect for Nature
We follow the lead of the land - planting with the seasons, choosing crops suited to our soil and climate, and listening closely to what nature tells us. Our waste isn’t wasted; it’s composted, repurposed, or turned into ecobricks that are integrated into farm projects. Every step we take is an act of care for the Earth.
Education
We learn by observing nature and we teach what we practice. From soil to stove, our learning spaces invite curiosity, honor traditional wisdom, and encourage lifelong discovery.
