Ecology of Food for Teens: Seeds to Skills

This 3-day, hands-on program immerses teens in farm life, plant-centered cooking, and sustainable practices to spark curiosity, responsibility, and a love for healthy living. Teens explore the full journey of food - from nurturing soil and composting to harvesting and cooking - while discovering the cultural stories behind what they eat.

Through farm-to-table activities, creative projects, and meaningful discussions, teens will gain practical skills, a deeper connection to nature, and a stronger sense of their power to make healthy, sustainable choices.
